Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Required Credentials:
-
Completed Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, social work or a related field or current enrollment in an accredited college/university

Maintain RBT credential or meet requirements to sit for the exam at the earliest date the exam is available post hire

Driver’s License, reliable transportation and a clean driving record
-
Absence of any criminal history (per 10-year federal, state, and county background check)

Prior experience working with children with Autism using ABA is preferred
-
Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently, strong oral and written communication skills
Primary Responsibilities:
-
Provide direct services to children with developmental challenges such as Autism and other Developmental Disabilities
-
Implement in-home clinical programs for each children under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
-
Typically this work is done in the child’s home. Quite often, your schedule will include late afternoons and early evenings
-
Establish yourself as a positive, caring, and consistent person with the child and their family

Implement the designed programming for the child with precision
-
Provide current, accurate, and thorough data to the Behavior Analyst
-
Assist parents and caregivers in following the treatment plan to maximize the effect of direct therapy
-
Maintain your schedule. Reliability and punctuality demonstrates respect to the family
-
Implement feedback delivered during live supervision and from written evaluations
-
Satisfactorily pass treatment integrity checks and ongoing evaluations
-
Attend client and staff meetings and trainings
-
Collect and summarize behavioral data
