Consulting Behavior Analyst (BCBA or BCBA-D)
Required Credentials:
-
MS or PhD degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or an academic program with emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis

Board Certification, BCBA or meet requirements to sit for the exam at the earliest date the exam is available post hire
-
Senior Behavior Analyst requires 5 years experience post degree in Applied Behavior Analysis work

Driver’s License, reliable transportation and a clean driving record

Absence of any criminal history (per 10-year federal, state, and county background check)
-
Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently, strong oral and written communication skills
Primary Responsibilities:
-
Conduct functional behavior assessments across a wide array of behaviors and individuals receiving services

Determine the most appropriate evidence-based interventions
-
Design, demonstrate, monitor, evaluate outcome of interventions
-
Train, supervise, and coach everyone who is involved in solving the problem
-
Provide direct services to children with developmental challenges such as Autism and other Developmental Disabilities
-
Assist parents and caregivers in following the treatment plan to maximize the effect of direct therapy

Provide well written programs, evaluations, and treatment plans that are thorough and grammatically correct in a timely manner

Structure data collection, analysis, and presentation in a manner that permits real understanding of effects

Attend client and staff meetings and training
-
Senior Behavior Analyst directs all staff and manages the daily requirements of applicable contracts
