Consulting Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
Required Credentials:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or an academic program with emphasis on Applied Behavior Analysis
-
Maintain Board Certification, BCaBA or meet requirements to sit for the exam at the earliest date the exam is available post hire
-
Driver’s License, reliable transportation and a clean driving record
-
Absence of any criminal history (per 10-year federal, state, and county background check)
-
Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently, strong oral and written communication skills
Primary Responsibilities:
-
Provide direct services to children with developmental challenges such as Autism and other Developmental Disabilities
-
Implement in-home clinical programs for each children under the direct supervision of a BCBA
-
Establish yourself as a positive, caring, and consistent person with the child and their family
-
Implement the designed programming for the child with precision
-
Collect and summarize behavioral data
-
Provide current, accurate, and thorough data to the Behavior Analyst
-
Assist parents and caregivers in following the treatment plan to maximize the effect of direct therapy

Maintain your schedule. Reliability and punctuality demonstrates respect to the family
-
Implement feedback delivered during live supervision and from written evaluations
-
Satisfactorily pass treatment integrity checks and ongoing evaluations
-
Attend client and staff meetings and training
-
Assist the Behavior Analyst in the supervision and training of staff, analysis of data, and program development
